As a teen, you’re beginning to explore who you are, what you believe, and where you want to go. It’s a time of immense growth, challenges, and possibilities.

Career and Academic Assessment Process

Our in-depth Career and Academic Assessment provides an overview of  cognitive abilities, personality traits and interests. These three pieces of information come together to determine your individualized profile, which identifies careers that match your unique strengths, talents and interests.

We spend time together exploring those careers through a powerful database providing information on a day-in-the-life of your career of interest, required education and training, viability, salary ranges, and more. 

Includes Online Assessment, Assessment Reports, 2 coaching sesssions to review results.

If college is a necessary step in your career plan following High School, we can partner with you on every step of the process.

We utilize an admissions management platform to seemlessly organize the process.

If college is not part of your plan, we will support you in mapping out a strategy to reach your career goals in either technical education, apprenticeship, career readiness, etc.

Teen Life Coaching

Being a teenager is like starting a fresh page in the book of your life. There’s excitement, uncertainty, and the pressure to get it all right. But here’s a secret: life isn’t about getting everything perfect on the first try. It’s about trying, learning, and growing. At Optimum Growth Coaching, we believe in the power of the first draft—where mistakes are just stepping stones and every experience is a chance to discover who you truly are.

This 6 month program takes you through the process of learning how to make decisions based on who you are and what you value. This program includes “homework” to work through on your own, with monthly meetings to process what you discover.

$1200 ($200/month, 6 months)
